Then, we will formulate a repair process that is guaranteed to make it look good as new. This can involve patching, re-knotting or replacing segments of it, stitching backing together, and recoloring, among other things. Techniques for repairs are endless, and we will select the one that will match its pattern and weight. Often, this will require a washing and professional cleaning as well so we can be sure we are matching the true colors of it. Once this has been decided, we arrange a white glove service pick up from your home and have our experts transport it to our facility for professional repair services. Upon completion, we inspect the rug one last time to be sure it looks seamless and ensure we haven’t missed any spots, and finally, we will give you a call to coordinate re-delivery. Then the rug will be on its way back to your home.
