In wet cleaning, we will submerge the rug quickly, and very gently hand wash the fabric to get any ground in dirt and stains out. Occasionally, a rug will need both wet and dry cleaning and we are able to do that as well. Whatever process is selected, we will always keep you informed, and you will know exactly what we are doing with your rug. Our unique drying facility ensures the rug will dry perfectly and without any visible watermarks or rings on the surface. If your rug has any damage or loss of color, we also offer restoration and repair services and can recolor them on site after we complete the cleaning process.

Professional Rug Cleaning
Authentic Persian rugs are magnificent and rare statement pieces that come with a high price tag. Beyond the usual vacuuming, we do not recommend you attempt to clean your Persian rug on your own. We have had countless calls from customers who tried to shampoo and dry their own Persian, only to discover that the end result was water spots and rings, and uneven coloring. If they could go back and do it again, they wouldn’t! Although we have been able to repair their rugs and correct any error, it would be easier to prevent it all together, and we encourage you to give us a call!
From the first communication, we will go out of our way to make your experience wonderful, and we don’t want you to lift a finger. Our in-home consultation with a rug expert is free and we are always honest with you about what is best for your rug. If you feel we are a good fit, we will arrange a pick up time for our white glove service to come by your home and transport the rug to our facility for cleaning. After completion, we will return the rug to your home and replace any furniture. The rug will be just as vibrant as it was when you initially purchased it, and it will be squeaky clean. We are confident you will love how it turns out!
